Helma NG 0.1

This is the first preview release of the new new Helma 2.

I decided to switch the name to Helma NG name from Helma 2 as it is hard to label a release both 2.0 and 0.1. Helma NG is not super original, but I hope we can stick with it.

Anyway, here are the files:
