5	So after some people said they couldn't make it on May 7, the new and definite date is <b>Tuesday, May 6 2008</b>. We'll start at <b>10 am</b>. The day will be organized in a barcamp\|http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BarCamp/open space style. "No spectators, just participants".
7	I propose we open doors at 9:00 or 9:30 AM and start with the program (if we have one :-) at 10:00 or 10:30 AM. Any other ideas?

18	There'll be a beamer, and there are coffee tables and sofas. The day will be organized like a barcamp, so there'll be room for both official presentations and talks and informal chatting.participants are invited (if not expected :-) I'd say we start to make hold a list where people talk or presentation on a topic of their interest. Participants can enter topics they'd like to hold talks aboutannounce their presentations in the list below. /Final planning will take place in the first hours of the meeting.
