You are welcome to join any of these lists, either to just lurk or to actively participate. If you are going to ask questions on the list, please remember that your chance to get a quick and useful reply depends a lot on the effort you spent to analyze the problem and formulate the question. If people notice that you didn't even take the time to understand the problem, they're far less likely to spend their time helping you to solve it.
