No matter how many XML-RPC requests I issue the app.xmlrpcCount property
remains zero: http://www.antville.org/health

I suspect the property is not increased when doing "new-style" XML-RPC calls
(ie. with Jetty and not with the embedded XML-RPC server).

Oops! Switched the version instead of the target milestone... correcting.
